Really though, it is meat, with great tasting sauce, so having a debate filled with taste tests etc, is really a win-win thing. I need to have a sibling in Tennessee, too. All the trailrides ended in KC, but a lot of steer were shipped to Chicago too. I kind of thought they may have at least some form of decent BBQ there, but I guess not. Good thing I live down here.
