Last night at the home of Blogospeer and Debily, we opened my first present (I fergit which was xmas and which was birthday), a black t-shirt with four san-serif characters, and it expressed perfectly about my feelings about the beginning of my 40th year.
meh.
The actual birthday day part was quite pleasant. I spoke on the phone with my parents and all of my siblings. I slept in. I ate at my favorite restaurant (Original Pancake House – Plano) and had a yummy breakfast. Spent money on Wii games at Target. Ate a yummy supper of spaghetti with my family. Played Wii Play with the family.

Happy Happy Birthday Babeee….. I love you so much and have been privileged to know you for…wait, lemme do the math…..um…(counting on fingers…umm…..wait…counting on toes…um…) oh yeah, 17 years! Well, technically not 17 whole years..no wait… we met in Oct there abouts in 1991 and so that makes it about 16 whole years and we are in our 17th year of knowing each other. LOL Anyway sweetie, I hope your birthday was keen-o-neat, just like you! Smooch!
You make 40 look so good. You inspire me to do the same when I am old…er I mean turn 40.
Don’t worry Jon. It is not the age but the milage that counts. Oh….be afraid, be very afraid.
Ang, doesn’t that mean we’ll soon graduate from high school and go off to college? I liked college. 🙂

As my Mom told me when I turned 50, “Since Grandma Churchill lived past 100 years, you are just half way there.” So, you are still well within the 1st half, with lots of oportunities to shoot from the corner.
I woke up at 5am today after I had a dream about San Diego. I couldn’t get you out of my head Angie…..so I had to look you up. I see that you are still happy and in love with a family now. That is awesome!!! I need to get back to sleep now though..it’s 5:30 am. I’m glad I found you…gotta love the internet 🙂 I hope to hear from you soon 🙂
